Method

            green pepper, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, paprika and water

step 3  Put the fried fish in the mixture and leave heated and then put it in a serving dish

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup Sugar Powder for garnish

Method

step 1 Put the apple slices in the microwave for 3 minutes and then take it out and 
           pour on it  the lemon juice

step 2 Bring a bowl and mix the egg, oil, milk and vanilla and flip over well 

step 3 Bring another  bowl and mix a cup of flour, a cup of sugar, salt and baking
           powder and flip over good

step 4 Mix the dry mixture to the liquid mixture and flip over well and then take
           the cup of the mixture and leave aside

step 5 Add the egg yolks to the dough and flip over well and then pour the mixture over 
          the apple and put it in a oil tray

step 6  Mix two tablespoon flour and one teaspoon of sugar a cup dough and then pour
            it on the tray and  sprinkle face with Sugar Powder

step 7 enter tray  to the oven for 45 minutes until cooked cake becomes golden , cut and
           serve it, enjoy

TRAY CHICKEN WITH RICE AND VEGETABLES

Ingredients
  • 750 g sliced chicken breasts
  • 1 large tablespoon oil
  • ¾ cup chopped red pepper
  • ¾ cup finely chopped yellow pepper
  • ¾ cup green pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup minced onion
  • ½ cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1½ cup frozen corn
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup toasted almonds
  • 2 tbsp coriander, chopped

Method

step 1  Put the oil in a large frying pan on the fire and add the chicken and
            flip over for about 4 minutes on each side

step 2 take the chicken from the pan and leave aside

step 3  Put the red pepper, yellow, green, onions, mushrooms and flip over  
           for 10 minutes until cooked

step 4 Add the garlic and flip over  for a minute

step 5 Add the rice, broth, salt and pepper and leave to boil

step 6 Transfer the rice mixture into an oiled tray

step 7  cover the tray with chicken pieces and enter the tray into the oven
            for 20 minutes at a temperature of 175 ° C.

step 8 Lift up the lid and leave in the oven for 5 minutes

step 9 Put the almonds and coriander and serve hot, enjoy

UMM ALI DESSERT( OM ALI)

                       Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients
  • Frozen puff pastry (17 ounces)
  • 1 15 oz can of sweetened condensed milk lite
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 3/4 cup pistachios, shelled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cups coconut flakes (depending on taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

step 1  Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unroll puff pastry sheets and place on
           greased baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes. You want the puff pastry
           to be golden and puffed. Remove from oven. Do not turn oven off; you
           will be using it in a few minutes with the same temp.

step 2  Break puff pastry into small pieces (about 1-2 inches. Add nuts and
            coconut and be sure that they are mixed well and evenly distributed.
            Place nuts and bread in greased 9x12 baking dish. 

step 3  In a saucepan, heat sweetened milk, vanilla, and water on medium heat.
            Allow to cook for about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat then allow to cool.

step 4  Pour milk over puff pastry/nut mixture. Pour creme on top and bake uncovered
           for 15 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy

CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE

                               Chocolate Cheesecake its easy recipe dessert delicious and yummy

                                           Prep Time: 15 minutes plus 1 hour setting time

INGREDIENTS
  • 150 g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 45 g butter, melted
  • 110 g caster sugar
  • 120 ml whipping cream
  • 150 g dark chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 200 g cream cheese

METHOD

step 1  Mix the biscuits with the butter and 1 tablespoon of the sugar. Press into 
            a 18 cm spring form cake tin and refrigerate. 

step 2  Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Add the cooled melted chocolate,
             then the cocoa powder mix. Blend well and set aside. 

step 3  Beat the cream cheese and remaining sugar together. Fold into the cream 
           chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly to ensure all of the ingredients are
            fully incorporated. 

step 4   Spread the mixture on top of  the crushed biscuits. Refrigerate for at least an
              hour to set, then slice and serve.
