FETA CHEESE OMELET
This Egyptian feta cheese omelet is easy recipes and so juicy and delicious serve on toasted bread..a very light meal for breakfast or lunch.YUM
Prep time 10 mins Cooking time 5-7 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 5 tablespoon crumbly feta cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp veg oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 small brown onion ,chopped finely
- Dried or fresh parsley optional
Method
step 1 In small bowl beat eggs and pepper together,in another bowl combine
crumble cheese,milk and onion
step 2 Heat pan with oil in on medium heat ( non-stick ),pour the egg mixture
in and tilt the pan until the bottom seals evenly,when edges appear cooked.
step 3 Place feta mixture in a line in center of eggs ( into the folds to be made) use
the spatula ,egg slicer to fold over the egg top..
