- ¼ cup minced onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tomatoes, chopped

- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ cup minced fresh parsley
Method
step 1 preheat oil in a frying pan to the fire
