Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 3 bread
- 1 onion
- 1 pickled cucumber
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon ginger mixture of garlic
Method
step 1 Boil the chicken with onion for half hour then get chicken out and cut it to cubes
