COS MANGO SALAD its easy and healthy recipes , delicious and yummy

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 1 baby cos lettuce
- 2 large mangoes,chopped
- 3 avocados,chopped
- 1 red capsicum,chopped
- 2 cups snow pea sprouts
Dressing
- 1/3 cup bottled no-oil French dressing
- 2 tbsp orange juice
Method
step 1 Place nuts on to a oven tray,cook in a moderately hot oven 190 c
for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
step 2 Separate lettuce leaves,wash leaves,dry well.
step 3 Dressing.Combine French dressing and juice in a screw- top jar,shake well.
step 4 Combine torn lettuce leaves,mangoes,avocados,capsicum,snow pea sprouts
and cashew nuts in a bowl,pour dressing over top,toss gently....to serve salad
as a main course serve with four thinly sliced pan- fried chicken fillets.
