FISH ON TURKISH WAY

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo fish fillet
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 green pepper clip
  • 5 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 cup pomegranate granules
Method

step 1  Frying fish  in oil and then leave it aside

step 2  Bring a pot and fry the onion and garlic in oil, then add the chopped tomatoes,
            green pepper, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, paprika and water

step 3  Put the fried fish in the mixture and leave heated and then put it in a serving dish
            and  put the pomegranate granules then serve , enjoy
