Creamy chicken breast it's easy recipes and delicious You can add serve with a green
 salad it makes a enjoyable dish

  • 4 Chicken breast fillets
  • 1/3 cup light garlic and herb cream cheese
  • 8 middle cut bacon rashers
  • 300 g (11 oz) cherry tomatoes ( on the vine)
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • Low fat cooking spray


step 1   Preheat oven to 200 c /400 f/ gas Cut a pocket in each chicken breast using
             a small sharp knife stuff 1 tbsp of the light cream cheese into each one. 

step 2   Wrap 2 rashers of bacon around each stuffed chicken breast and place in 
             a roasting pan.Spray with canola cooking spray and roast for 20 mins

step 3   Add the tomatoes to the roasting pan then lightly coat with more cooking
             spray and sprinkle the thyme all over Roast for further 8 minutes or until 
                the chicken is thoroughly cooked through.
