Cabbage Chow Mein

Quick and easy recipes  and very enjoyable Chow mean is a good way to camouflage 
         vegetables for the youngsters who don't like there vegetables.

                               Prep time10 mins,Cook 30 mins and Ready 40 mins


  • Teaspoon oil
  • Lg brown onion
  • 600g minced beef
  • 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 Cup mixed frozen Peas and Corn
  • 1 Carrot finely sliced
  • 3 Cups Cabbage sliced finely
  • 1Red Capsicum slickly finely
  • 3 Cups water
  • 3 Tablespoon uncooked Rice
  • Soy sauce

step 1  Heat oil in hot saucepan

step 2  Add onions and brown ,add meat brown

step 3  Add curry powder,frozen peas and corn,carrots,cabbage,capsicum
        ,and water,stir fry over medium heat,add rice stir then tablespoon of soya sauce
        ,stir fry ..then serve
