- Teaspoon oil
- Lg brown onion
- 600g minced beef
- 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 Cup mixed frozen Peas and Corn
- 1 Carrot finely sliced
- 3 Cups Cabbage sliced finely
- 1Red Capsicum slickly finely
- 3 Cups water
- 3 Tablespoon uncooked Rice
- Soy sauce
Method
step 1 Heat oil in hot saucepan
step 2 Add onions and brown ,add meat brown
step 3 Add curry powder,frozen peas and corn,carrots,cabbage,capsicum
,and water,stir fry over medium heat,add rice stir then tablespoon of soya sauce
,stir fry ..then serve
