                                        Moroccan chicken of the easiest delicious recipes       
                                                    Prep time 5 mins Cook time 10 mins 


  • 4 Chicken breast fillets,cut into strips
  • 250 g (9 oz) couscous
  • 300 ml (1/2) pint chicken stock
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt and fish grounded black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 red chilli ,sliced
  • 25 g (1oz) pine nuts
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Herbed couscous,to serve


step 1   Put the couscous in a large bowl,add the hot stock and leave for five minutes.

 step 2   Toss chicken with cinnamon,salt and pepper,and stir-fry in hot oil for 6-8 minutes
            Add the chilli and  pine nuts and cook for a further minute.

step 4  Stir in Lemon juice,zest and 6 tablespoons water.Let it bubble rapidly until slightly                               reduced.Spoon chicken and sauce over herbed couscous and serve immediately
