Shakshouka Egyptian food its easy and simple recipes from Egypt you can cooking it in the morning for breakfast its yummy and delicious

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup minced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ cup minced fresh parsley


step 1  preheat oil in a frying pan to the fire

step 2  Add the onion and flip over for 3 minutes until cooked

step 3  Add the garlic and flip over  for a minute

step 4  Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika and thyme

step 5  Cover the pan and Lower the fire and leave for 10 minutes

step 6  Lift up the lid and flip over by fork and Break eggs over the sauce then
           Cover the pan for 10 minutes

step 7   Lift the pan from the fire and put olive oil and parsley then serve and enjoy .
