PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Peanuts are very nutritional offering a variety of health benefits,just a handful of raw peanuts
 per day provides enough recommended levels of antioxidants,minerals,vitamins and protein
 and is excellent source of omega 9 .


                                             Prep time 7 mins Cooking time 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon


Method

step 1 Preheat oven to 180c ,Line two baking trays with baking paper.

step 2 In a bowl,mix together all the ingredients.Using a tablespoon ,roll into balls,then
           place on to a baking tray.

step 3 Slightly flatten with fork tines.

step 4  place in oven bake until a thin crust forms on the cookie,8-10 mins.

step 5 Remove from oven ,let cool completely.Store in a airtight container
