CRISPY FISH

                                        Crispy fish easy to prepare and tastes delicious

Ingredients
  • 4 pieces fish fillet lengthwise 
  • 2 big tablespoon  soy sauce
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup Rusk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Method

step 1   Put the fish pieces in black pepper soy sauce and leave aside for 10 minutes

step 2   Put the fish pieces in flour, then egg, then Rusks then leave it in the refrigerator
            for 30 minutes

step 3     Attend the deep pan then put oil and start fry fish until become golden color 
               then serve it and enjoy
